Beatrix Abiwu was born in Hungary. She started painting after taking lessons in acrylic from Cindy Barrios in the PDO Art Centre. She still takes part in painting workshop in the PDO Art centre.
She has exhibited some of her paintings at an exhibition organized for charity at the Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat.
She has also shown her paintings at the Omantel Exhibition and the public exhibition in CCC, Muscat.
She paints portraits of individuals, objects and places around her, in acrylic and oil.
